Professional Development and Training

Medical/Dental Insurance
TechGuard pays 100% of the Employee medical/dental insurance premium for all full time employees. Cost to the Employee for family medical/dental plan premiums is only $470/month (or less for just a spouse or dependent).
Personal Time Off/Sick Leave
All employees are eligible for 7 personal days per calendar year.
Paid Holidays
Full time employees are eligible for 7 paid holidays a year or the paid holidays provided by the agency you support.
Vacation
Full time employees will be eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation per year.
Educational/Training Reimbursement
Qualified employees may be eligible for up to $1,500 per calendar year for courses taken as a part of a graduate and/or undergraduate college degree program, OR up to $500 per calendar year for qualifying continuing education expenses.
Stock Options
TechGuard offers generous participation in company ownership through the award of stock options as a bonus for advancement within the company.
