IT Security Systems Architect
Location: Department of Labor - Downtown D.C.
Description: Provides advice and guidance regarding the design, development, operation, and support of complex IT security systems architecture and processes. Supports the delivery of contracted services as outlined in the statement of work to ensure that all required performance standards are met.
Knowledge, Technical Skills, and Ability:
- In-depth knowledge of IT Security Architecture design and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of security management processes including, but not limited to: Risk Management, Security Planning, IT Security control implementation and testing and logical access controls.
- In-depth knowledge of federal IT Security laws, regulations and process.
- Proven ability to meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements for IT security projects.
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and leadership skills.
Education/Experience:
- At least ten years experience providing consulting services in designing IT security architectures including the resolution of complex information security issues.
Mid Level Computer Specialist
Location: Department of Labor - Downtown D.C.

- Practical knowledge of security management processes including, but not limited to, Risk Management, Security Planning, IT Security control implementation and testing and logical access controls.
- Practical knowledge of federal IT Security laws, regulation, and process.

Quality Assurance Analyst

Description: Ensures the quality of the deliverables associated with the task outlined in the statement of work to ensure that all required performance standards are met.
Knowledge, Technical Skills, and Ability:
- Basic familiarization of security management processes including, but not limited to; Risk Management, Security Planning, IT Security control implementation and testing and logical access controls.

Senior CND-SP Auditor/Inspector
Location(s): Crystal City, Dorsey Park
Description: The CND-SP Auditor/Inspector will identify and manage network and system vulnerabilities and security events. Will receive, acknowledge, disseminate, track and report (daily/weekly) VM alerts. Will coordinate vulnerability/ risk management, vulnerability assessments, and red/blue team events. Will assess security incidents and VM COP. Will also perform global DoD inspections of Special Enclave (JWICS) services to ensure compliance to DoDI 8530 standards and ensures DIA compliance with DoD 8530 GENSER and Special Enclave. Will coordinate with functional leads and provides inspection services across the enterprise on behalf of DIA Special Enclave (SE) program manager.
Knowledge, Technical Skills, and Ability: 5 years network defense/information assurance experience and vulnerability assessments.
Education/Experience:
- Desired education and/or Years of Experience: 5 years network defense/information assurance experience.
Certifications Security Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI
DoD 8570 Requirement: IAT Level III. Position requires CISA or GSNA certification.
IT Security System Architect
Location: Washington DC

IDS Computer Security Systems Specialist
Location: Crystal City
Description:
- Provides operation of persistent monitoring of all designated networks, enclaves, and systems.
- Provides monitoring and support, as directed in provisioned SOP, for all deployed systems and services. Provides recall processes as required.
- Respond to incoming phone calls to the IAPC and IC-IRC customer service numbers; ensures customer service and satisfaction in line with Agency and Community policies.
- Interpret, analyze, and report events and anomalies in accordance with defined procedures and directives.
- Initiates, responds, and reports discovered events in accordance with GPM provided SOP.
- Assists in troubleshooting and remediation of network or system events/deficiencies that are directly related to IA vulnerabilities.
- Provides reporting and notification within timelines as set via SOP and directives
- Provides increased support as required due to up tempo CND situations, events, or exercises.
- Provides input to incident tracking database, trouble ticket systems, and other directed internal repositories as directed in SOP.
- Coordinates and distributes CND, vulnerability, and threat advisories to identified consumers.
- Provides daily summary reports of network events and activity germane to CND practices.
Education/Experience:
- Personnel shall possess a minimum of five years IT experience with at least 1 year specialized within intrusion detection disciplines. Junior level personnel shall be professionally certified, within CND discipline, as Technical Level I as defined by DODI 8570.
Information Assurance (IA) Analyst - Mid
Location: Washington, D.C.
Description: IA Analyst-Mid provides IA support in a collaborative team environment in support of a Federal/Civilian Agency Information Assurance Department. The IA analyst will research, collect, and develop IA documentation in support of IA related task in accordance with applicable OMB, FISMA, NIST, and client specific IA directives and policies.
Knowledge, Technical Skills, and Ability:
- 5+ years of experience in the following areas:
- Providing IA support to Senior Level Federal Clients as part of a team or independently
Providing support or conducting Certification and Accreditation for Federal Agencies in accordance with NIST SP800-37
- Must be DOD 8670 compliant at tecnical Level III
- Conducting Security Self Assessments in accordance with NIST SP 800-53rev2
- Conducting Verification and Validation of Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) remediation artifacts and activities
- Assisting in the identification of Common, Hybrid and System specific controls
Assisting in providing solutions and recommendations for audit corrective action plans (CAP)
- Providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice to Senior Level Information Assurance Professionals
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Flexible; able to respond to ad hoc tasking with moderate supervisions and guidance
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or equivilant certification.
Computer Security Systems Specialist
Location: Crystal City, VA (moving to Dorsey Park, MD)
Description: IDS Specialist working on team supporting 24/7 monitoring infrastructure.
Knowledge, Technical Skills, and Ability:
- Provide operation of persistent monitoring, on a 24 x 7 basis, of all designated networks, enclaves, and systems.
- Provides monitoring and support, as directed in provisioned SOP, for all deployed systems and services.
- Provides recall processes as required.
- Responds to incoming phone calls to the IAPC and IC-IRC customer service numbers; ensures customer service/satisfaction in line with Agency and Community policies.
- Interpret, analyze, and report all events and anomalies in accordance with defined procedures and directives.
- Initiates, responds, and reports discovered events in accordance with GPM provided SOP.
- Manages and executes first level response and address to reported or detected incidents in accordance with SOP and directives.
- Responds to incident and events within 30 minutes of notification.
- Provides reporting and notification within timelines as set via SOP and directives.
- Notifies chain of command and prepares briefing slides, documentation in accordance with SOP and directives.
- Assists in troubleshooting and remediation of network or system events/deficiencies that are directly related to IA vulnerabilities.
- Provides reporting and coordination to external organizations/authorities, as directed via SOP and directives.
- Provides increased support as required due to up tempo CND situations, events, or exercises.
- Provides input to incident tracking database, trouble ticket systems, and other directed internal repositories as directed in SOP.
- Coordinates and distributes CND, vulnerability, and threat advisories to identified consumers.
- Provides daily summary reports of network events and activity germane to CND practices.
- Delivers metric reports as required by Agency and IC management authorities.
- All such actions shall be directed through SOP's or internal policies.
- Review, update and /or prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other supporting documentation for all CND related tools and services.

SR. Information Assurance Analyst
Location: Washington, D.C.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience 8 years of Program/Project Management

DAA Liaison
Location: St. Louis, MO
Knowledge, Technical Skills, and Ability:
- Responsible to the NGA DAA for ensuring that security is implemented throughout the life cycle of NGA information systems.
- Oversees and guides the Certification and Accreditation processes with NGA West.
- Reviews and evaluates AIS security packages and recommends or non-recommends to the DAA for accreditation.
- Interprets Director Central Intelligence Directive 6/3 and applicable information assurance and network security requirements (e.g. Intelligence Community, Department of Defense and Legal).
- Assesses network system architecture and operating systems for operational risks and security compliance.
- Writes letters of recommendation and approval for DAA signature and other supplemental documentation including Interconnection Service Agreements, Decommissioning Letters, Deferred Compliance Assessments, and Approvals to Proceed.
- Tracks AIS security packages from concept to approval.
Requirements:
- Requires Top Secret/SCI
- Professional Certification as an IAM Level III in accordance with DoDD 8570.01
- Familiarity with Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) is a plus
- Minimum 3+ years experience
- BS or BA in related field
