TechGuard Security is always looking for good people, and you can help. Research has shown, and our own experience supports, that new hires who come into a company through employee referrals are excellent contributors and stay with the company longer.
That’s where you come in! If you know someone who would be a good addition to TechGuard, you may be awarded a referral bonus if you refer a candidate and he or she is hired.
To be eligible for an award, employees must refer candidates to the recruitment team through the employee referral form below. Employees must include the candidate’s contact information and upload a resume (if possible).
At the end of each quarter, we will hold a drawing for a $200 TechGuard gift card. For every qualified referral you make during the quarter, your name will be entered in the drawing.
- All TechGuard employees, except those at Vice President level and above, Human Resources personnel, and managers with hiring authority over the referred candidates, are eligible for the referral bonus and quarterly drawing.
- The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for payment.
- The recruitment team will reach out to all referred candidates and updates will be provided to all referring employees when possible.
- All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
- The referring employee must be employed by TechGuard to receive payment of the referral bonus and entry into the quarterly drawing.
- Any disputes or interpretations of this employee referral program will be handled through Human Resources.
- Referral bonus payouts will be made in full after the employee’s first 90 days of employment.
- TechGuard Management reserves the right to modify this program without notice.
